ICARIS are one of the UK’s leading provider of software solutions to not-for-profit organisations, growing steadily since our incorporation in 2001. Our software solutions have been installed at hundreds of organisations across the UK. Our latest offering is a cloud based solution, providing solutions in 4 main areas: Fundraising / CRM, Grant Management, Helpline and Animal Rehoming.
We have also developed bespoke solutions, including a casework management system installed at a large UK National charity, with over 50 sites and 175 users accessing it daily, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Our solutions provide organisations with intuitive software, tailored to meet their exact needs. Currently, our solutions have handled over x million payments, x million donations and x thousands of contact records.
We offer full support to our solutions with a 24 hour, 365 day a year helpline. Our solutions are developed in house by our development team, working closely with our clients. We pride ourselves on building long lasting relationships, our founder and Managing Director, Alan Owen has been personally helping three of our clients for over 20 years.
As technology has evolved, so has ICARIS, from desktop solutions to cloud based solutions, we have kept pace with technology and worked hard to provide the best solution to our clients. We are constantly assessing the needs of our clients and providing advice and guidance on the best solution for them.
Our UK based dedicated team of professionals provide excellent service to a wide range of organisations. In 2015, we enrolled on the apprenticeship program, taking on an apprentice to pass on our knowledge to help a younger professional just starting out on his career.
