Access Utilities are a solution based consultancy offering our existing and prospective customers bespoke solutions to their water, heating and power needs.
Our experience and knowledge of this industry has been built over a number of years in a number of fields. Our Directors have over 25 years combined experience and knowledge of Construction, Engineering, Project Management, Golf Course Management and Business Consultancy. We believe this sets us apart from the competition and that our offering is unique and unrivalled within the utilities industry in the UK.
Established in 2012 Access Utilities has been formed by a number of like-minded individuals to look at the issues both financial and technical, experienced by businesses countrywide in relation to the reliance on the traditional suppliers of water, electricity and gas.
Our preliminary consultancy has uncovered a significant deficiency of knowledge as to the cost savings available from alternative sources of water and power. Access Utilities offer a desktop analysis of each customer’s current utility requirements and on receipt of all the necessary documentation a full report of the significant year on year savings is produced.
Our structure allows us to keep our costs to a minimum thus ensuring that the customer realises the full benefit of our costs savings analysis.
As part of the maintenance contract the customer will receive on going information relating to new projects and services Access Utilities will be able to provide in the future on the basis of further reducing the customers costs.
