Back on Track offers you the chance to improve yourself in a number of different ways. Whether you want to train for a marathon, reduce your back pain or lose some inches around the waist, our guidance can help make that possible for you.
Our experienced team of experts have studied, practiced and enjoyed this subject for over 11 years. We have a passionate belief in the benefits of the services we offer and know that with the right coaching, support and correct approach you too can reach and exceed your goals.
We are based within Hitchin at a state of the art 2000 sqft fitness studio which is air conditioned and fully equipped with cardio and resistance machines, free weights, power plate, TRX, power lifting platform, boxing and Pilate's equipment. We also have a Pilates studio, and a large hall for Zumba classes. Our clinic is a spacious area with 8 massage couches and fully equipped with rehabilitation equipment such as ultrasound, TENS, fit balls, foam rolls etc… We also offer a mobile service for those of you that would prefer us to visit you, which applies to all of our services.
