The Brighton Implant Clinic was founded in 2009, Hove, East Sussex by Dr Bruno Silva, principal dentist. Following his clinic's success in Hove, the Brighton Implant Clinic opened three new clinics in the South East of England. Dr Silva and his talented team want to provide the very best in dental care and cosmetic dentistry. They use the most advanced technology in dentistry today and the most up to date clinical techniques. Dr Silva has experience in both simple and advanced dental implant treatments, All-on-4 also known as ‘same day teeth’ and Zygomatic implants.

Dr Silva wanted his dental health care to be different; therefore he has his own dental laboratories that work alongside the Brighton Implant clinics. This is so that all the equipment, materials and techniques are approved by himself. In addition to this he also wanted to create a space where patients could feel at ease, it is, therefore, no surprise that his Hove clinic won not only the best practice award (2009) but also the most attractive (2010).

The Brighton Implant Clinic is not just any dental clinic; additional services include I. V sedation for patients with phobias as well as accommodation packages for patients travelling from afar.
