Award-winning service
We are passionate about customer service. This has been acknowledged by our reaching the national finals of two prestigious customer service awards: National Customer Service Awards (now renamed the European and Customer Service Awards) in 2004 (where our entry was also "Highly Commended") and the Wrapit Wedding Industry Awards in 2008. We were also regional finalists at the 2012 Wedding Industry Awards.

Our customer testimonials say again and again how our service was friendly, professional and efficient. Nearly 70% of our customers respond to the questionnaires we send out after every event. To date 90.8% rated our service as Excellent, 8.1% as Good and 0.8% as Satisfactory, which adds up to 99.7% satisfied customers.

Our acts
We only use acts who come up to the highest musical standards and who have been personally recommended to us. We also care for our acts in the same way that we care for our customers, making us the acts' favourite agency to work for. As well making sure that our acts get a fair deal, our online coordination form ensures that the acts have all the information they need in advance to do a great job on the day.

Our service doesn't end when you book an act. Our unique online coordination form enables you to log in to a dedicated website where you can confirm all the important details that you and the act need for everything to run smoothly on the day. Who are Function Junction?
Since Function Junction was established in 2000, we have provided acts for over 8,000 events. The company was started by Paul Johnstone and Jonny Stoll. Paul had founded and led his own top function band for several years, Jonny - a jazz saxophonist himself - brought his wide business experience gained from starting and running previous businesses. This combination of musical and business expertise has enabled us to provide our unrivalled all-round level of service.
Function Junction is a member of The Agents' Association (Great Britain), the recognised trade association for our industry.
