General information

ubisend was founded in May 2016 by four people dedicated to building a mobile messaging platform that could be useful both for businesses and charities.

We built a new way for businesses to message their customers: messaging applications. Email being slowly dying and SMS costing an incredible amount of money, we set out to build a platform that would allow businesses to connect third party messaging applications (Facebook Messenger, WeChat, Line, and more) into an automation platform.

With ubisend, businesses can interact with their customers on a personal level at scale, schedule messages, create auto-responders, and fully automated campaigns.

ubisend also realised the power of such platform for charities and NGOs all over the world. These charitable organisations, to this day, use costly SMS to send life-saving messages to the people who need them. By using the power of ubisend, charities could save a lot of money which could be re-invested in helping more people.

This is why part of our mission is to offer our platform for free to those who help others.

In early 2017, as the chatbot trend took off, ubisend was able to offer the full extent of its services to its clients. After working in AI and automation for so many years, it was fantastic to finally being able to offer our expertise to our clients.

We now deliver enterprise-grade solutions to businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to Fortune 100, across up to 29 channels, along with a full reporting suite and business insights.
