Description

SHINE offers one to one coaching and cognitive hypnotherapy sessions to support people in connecting with what they want to do or be as well as offering group training sessions around resilience and relaxation.

Often we are blocked by limiting beliefs like: I am too old, too young, not good enough, not clever enough etc etc etc

Mr McDonald the father of the rather scary clown and a fiendish friend to all children set up his business at the age of 50! And of course the world is a better place for it, so says my nephew...

When we can turn our life challenges, which most of us have had, in to opportunities to grow, when the past is not a dictator to our present responses, rather a slice of gold from which we can learn and move forward we are on our way to being successful and of course that will mean different things to different people.

Using cognitive Hypnotherapy can be an amazing way to release old patterns and so letting what is the very best of us find it's way out into the world.

Using Hypnotherapy we can clear old patterns and beliefs RAPIDLY , I firmly believe in getting clients out of therapy and into living life in a way that is about truly being yourself.

This is a process, I work to support people in doing exactly that at a pace that works for them, the more happy, hopeful people we have in the world the more beautiful our lives and our world becomes. I wish that for all of us. xxx
