General information

I am an Advanced Practitioner of Responsive Hypnotherapy© & Certified BWRT® Practitioner based in Welling, Kent DA16.

Responsive Hypnotherapy is faster, flexible and more effective. I tailor every one of my sessions to suit you as an individual and every one of my therapy sessions is conducted in a professional, yet relaxed manner and we go on your journey of change together.

I also offer BB4B® (Broadband For The Brain) which is an Autonomic Nervous System therapy and is based on the premise that we already have enough in the way of resource and ‘mind power’ to heal our bodies and resolve many psychological issues.

As an alternative to Hypnotherapy, I offer a solution focused behavioural psychotherapy called BWRT® (BrainWorking Recursive Therapy). This is carried out in a completely conscious state and works with our brain's neuropathways rather than our sub-conscious. It doesn’t require you to reveal your private information or personal secrets to me, it’s completely logical, practical and down-to-earth, and only needs you to know what you want to change in your life for it to be completely successful.
