General information

I started my first business at 17 whilst I was studying at college; I started making jewellery as a hobby and over the next few months it snowballed and before I knew it I was running a business.

I loved owning a business, I loved the freedom it gave me to create my ideal lifestyle. However for the first 8 years of my career I wasn't really living this ideal lifestyle.

I was a typical small business owner, I worked really long hours, did everything myself, was often stressed and overwhelmed, and at times felt lonely and unsupported. And to add insult to injury my cashflow was also all over the place!

After 8 years of this I caught glandular fever, and because I wasn't in a position to take much time off to rest, this then developed into Post Viral Fatigue and life ground to a halt. In the space of a few weeks I'd gone from being a healthy 26yr old who'd just run her first 2 half marathons, to someone who was literally left in tears just trying to get dressed in the morning! This was my wake-up call.

I took myself off to Madrid for the Summer to rest and heal, and that was my opportunity to do some thinking and figure out my next move. I had to decide if I still even wanted to run a business, and if so, how I was going to produce the same results in just 20-30hrs that had been taking me 60-80hrs. And that's what sparked my interest in high performance.

For the next couple of years I successfully applied the techniques in my own life and started living the lifestyle I'd always wanted, and building my business around it. 2 years ago, I made the move into coaching because I wanted to work with other business owners to help them make the same shift, and hopefully avoid some of the pitfalls I'd fallen into myself.

Now I work with business owners to help them grow and develop their business in a way that supports and enables their ideal lifestyle; to work the hours they want to work, earn the income they want to earn and love the business that they run. That's what KayleighAlexandra.is all about.
