Hi my name's Alex, I have many roles in my life, one of them is being an advocate for well-being and being real!
I offer a range of services within my private practice; there's counselling and psychotherapy, training, consultancy, on-line coaching for parents, on-line courses for parents and individual work with their children - it's not just my job; it's a huge part of my life and identity.
Only through my own personal journey of therapy did I become to appreciate the powers we have to change, grow and develop in which ever ways we choose. My biggest achievement was learning to be comfortable in the entirety of who I am as a person and a woman.
Through this Facebook page I hope to share ideas, motivation, positivity and all things real.
