Yogalite with Marianne Hayes Company Information
General information
The first class will be held Monday 8th September from 6 till 7.30 in the dance studio: wear comfortable clothes (tracksuit bottom, T-shirt). Bring a light blanket and socks for breathing practice and relaxation. I have a few spare yoga mats, but bring your own if you have one. It is recommended not to eat before the class. Bring a flask of water if you wish.
Other classes will start on wednesday 10th September in the Residents Garden's pavilion, starting at 11.30am and 1.15pm.
