Longholme Farm is a smallholding, conveniently located five minutes away from the market town of Retford and only a 20-minute drive from Sherwood Forest, home of the legendary Robin Hood!
You will receive a warm and friendly reception from Gail and Steve, who are on hand with tips and information about the local area.
There are endless excellent eateries to suit every taste and budget, local shops, three large supermarkets and good transport links.
Nearby, also, is the popular children's adventure theme park, Sundown Adventureland and King's Park with a new outdoor splash park.
There are fantastic walks all around and the Chesterfield Canal to explore.
The campsite welcomes all sort of campers along with their well-behaved pets. The four-acre camping field caters for a small number of pitches, allowing guests to enjoy plenty of space and pitch wherever you like.
There are toilets and showering facilities as well as a washing up area
Electric hook-ups are available.
BBQs are welcome, campfires are a possibility. Lots of fun is a must!
