Libre Advisory is a management consultancy that delivers sustainable improvement to services through transformation and change projects for clients in health, government and police.
As a team, and in conjunction with partners, we deliver procurement, performance improvement and cost reduction projects in the face of continued austerity.
Libre's recent projects include:
