At East Northants Tae Kwon Do we run a number of sessions on weekdays. We have kids only breakfast and after schools clubs, Juniors only sessions, Adults only evening sessions and combined adult and higher grade juniors sessions.
Everyone is encouraged to train with all other grades; it is good for both lower and higher grades alike.
So whether you want to get fit, learn self defence, increase confidence or train in a safe environment then at East Northants Tae Kwon Do we have the session for you.
