Here at The Manchester Cakehouse we are very mindful of peoples requirements, we only ever use Free-range eggs in our products, and all are suitable for vegetarians. We also have gone that extra mile and can provide cakes which are Gluten-free.
Unfortunately we can not promise that our products do not contain traces of nuts so if you have a nut allergy they are not for you.

**The Manchester Cakehouse Terms and Conditions**

> 10% deposits must be made in order to secure a booking more than 4 weeks in advance.
> 50% of the total price must be paid 4 weeks before the cake collection date.
> 100% of the total price must be paid 1 week before the collection date.
> If cancellations are made 2 weeks or less from the collection/ delivery date then the customer is not entitled to a refund.
> Refunds are given at our descretion, depending on customer circumstances.
> Cakes are to be checked on our premises, once the cake leaves our premises we are no longer responsible for the cake.
> When a booking is made customers have the complete say with regards to how they would like their cake, however, no changes can be made to theme, size, shape etc less than 2 weeks before collection/ delivery.
> A contact telephone number must be taken from the customer to ensure we are able to reach you regarding issues/ delivery.
> If you live within a 5 mile radius of M27 6DH then the delivery charge is £5. If you live outside of this radius charges will be worked out accordingly.
> Payments can be made via the following:
- Paypal, please ask us for details.
- By post, cheques only (sending cash via post is not safe)
- Or in person at our premises.
