As well as pop up restaurant events and outside catering, we offer full events packages for functions, weddings and parties of all shapes and sizes.

From large events and functions hosting hundreds of people, to private dining for you and a few friends - formal, black tie affairs to garden BBQs, we'll provide a tailored service to blow you away.

Bringing to the table a highly skilled, knowledgeable management and service team, along with a head chef with 20 years of experience in high-end events catering (including cheffing for the stars at Pinewood studios and F1 teams and catering for exclusive product launch events and premiers); you can rely on us to provide the full package for your event – from start to finish – allowing you to sit back and enjoy your memorable occasion, safe in the hands of our dedicated team.

We host events at our home venue, The Black Lion in Brighton, but can also bring our team to you at another location.

We specialise in designing bespoke menus to suit our customers’ needs, but can also provide ideas of beautiful tried-and tested buffet, canapé, set course, or taster menus. All of our dishes are made from the finest ingredients available, and are always cooked fresh, from scratch, by our passionate team of chefs - before arriving at your table.

We are also happy to offer design of a bespoke cocktail menu to suit your event – with a crack-team of cocktail barstaff on hand to mix things up for your guests!

If you're looking for entertainment, then we have that covered too. With our extensive contacts in the Brighton music-scene, we can provide live bands, DJs (all vinyl a speciality) and more. Whether it's Funk, Soul, Hip Hop, Northern, Reggae, Ska, Indie, Alternative, Blues...anything you want, we know the best in Brighton and beyond.

We can also turn our hands to table dressing and venue decoration, to really set the atmosphere for a memorable occasion.
