Crossfit Blackbrook is a strength and conditioning facility unlike any other gym you've tried before.

In our classes, we teach, we train and we play - we incorporate a variety of weight training, gymnastics and traditional “cardio” exercises to make each class unique, challenging, and fun. Every session you attend at CrossFit Blackbrook takes place under the watchful eyes of our experienced and incredibly attractive coaching staff - we provide you with the knowledge and motivation you need to progress further and faster than you ever thought possible.

We design our classes to be suitable for everyone. We have clients from all walks of life - ranging from servicemen in the military to office workers and stay at home parents. We aim to offer all our clients a programme that is appropriate for their individual level of fitness - whether you’ve spent the last 10 years on the sofa or on the treadmill we have something that will work for you..
We’re not a fan of fitness fads - as coaches we’ve seen that the best results always come from consistency and hard work. Our memberships are designed for people looking to make a dedicated, long term commitment to improving their health and fitness. We also offer Olympic lifting classes, Nutrition advice, Personal Training sessions, and opportunities to compete
