I offer one to one counselling sessions in a private and comfortable room at a central location in Barnsley. There is disabled access to the building
I offer all clients a safe environment in which to explore whatever is troubling them.
You may be struggling to manage your thoughts and feelings or behaviours, possibly as a result of a crisis such as a bereavement, loss of a job or difficulties in a relationship.
You might feel that life is getting on top of you and you'd like someone to talk to, who will also support you to manage those difficult feelings better.
