Hands of sanctuary, a safe place for you to relax and help find balance in your life through the means of massage or reiki.
Full body Massage:
1 hour (head to toe) Swedish holistic massage, using cold pressed, fragrance free, organic oil. This treatment is beneficial for pain, tension and stress relief or simply for a deeply relaxing experience. By using a variety of strokes, I am able to stretch muscle fibre, oxygenate tissue and release toxins from specific areas.
Reiki
A powerful therapy to activate the natural healing processes in your body; to bring a sense of well being, reduce stress and clear energy blockages which may be causing you disease physically or mentally. Each 1 hour session will comprise of a consultation, Reiki treatment and time for reflection.
