Qi Gong is a Chinese exercise form bringing mind, posture and movement together. Suitable for all ages no matter what your fitness level qi gong no only works on your physical levels but works internally as well.
Throughout classes and courses you will learn the basic of Qi Gong theor, meridians and acupuncture point and basic massage to help with everyday life. Before you know it Qi gong becomes a part of everyday life rather than just a form of exercise.
