At The Leather & Timber Doctor we repair cuts, tears, scuffs, dents and colour damage, whether it be a settee, car interior, timber furniture, boat seats or caravan interior, we aim to provide the very best service to you.

We also do onsite upholstery repairs including foam replacement, frame repairs, webbing repairs, hand sewing, mechanism repairs and more. On almost all occasions these can be done in your own home, saving you time and unnecessary damage and cost to your furniture.

We also offer a leather cleaning and resealing service. Most leather settees and car seats have a water based top coat colour which breaks down quickly if not cleaned correctly. A regular professional clean and condition will help make your leather last longer by looking after this top coat. On some occasions the leather sealer and colour may have started to wear off. We can put this back on and get you back on track again which will save you having to replace the item. This will make it look as good as new and you will then be equipped with the correct knowledge to keep on top of the maintenance.

The other service available is ceramic and stone repairs. These are very helpful when you have dropped something and it chips that floor tile or your work top in the kitchen.

A lot of our repair systems can be adapted to other scenarios. For instance a chip in a timber door or floor. Maybe a wall plug hole that needs covering back up and you don’t have the colour paint anymore. Maybe a chip in the laminate work top in the kitchen or a tear in the vinyl flooring.
