MYND Counselling

General information

I am an Integrative Counsellor specialising in adult mental health. I currently work both with private clients and within the NHS. I have had the privilege of being involved in the (Living Life to the Full) LLTTF research development project, a Computerised CBT (CCBT) programme, volunteering with AnxietyUK as a Helpline Operator, and experience of working in private practice.
I prefer to work in an integrative and holistic style; I combine Person-centred counselling skills with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) based interventions. My aim is to assist you to identify the problem via exploration, whereby you will gain an understanding of the underlying causes and have the ability to begin addressing the problem with the use of your newly acquired coping strategies.
