General information
Hi, I’m Sara. I have two girls; Eilidh 6 and Scarlett 6 months. I’m a wellness coach, I have been working from home since Eilidh was 3 and after the loss of our second daughter, Rose, who was sadly stillborn at 35 weeks.
Since having my third daughter, Scarlett, I decided to start a new venture. So in January 2018 I will be launching my business called Complete You which is aimed at parents who need a little help just like I did. I have experienced so much as a parent and feel I have a lot to give.
I’m currently writing blogs about my experience of being a new mum again, post natal depressions, baby loss, anxiety, health & wellness, fitness, mindset/gratitude/affirmations and general wellbeing.
I will be offering 1-1 coaching and group sessions. Not just for parents, anyone looking for some guidance.
I’m really excited to meet new people, help people to get back on track and share my experiences.
