BeKarma Yoga is run by Suzanne Gibson MBE.

"My Yoga journey started 10 years ago whilst pregnant with my 2nd child to help me with lower back pain. Its my passion for Yoga which has grown so much that decided I wanted to teach and share the love of Yoga and what it brings to everyday wellbeing.
I’m currently studying with the Devon School of Yoga and I’m into my 2nd year of the teacher training course. Although a student teacher, due to my vast experience of over 20 years in the fitness industry and class taking I have the full backing of my Yoga Teacher to teach safely and confidently.
The type of Yoga practiced at BeKarma is holistic and eclectic yoga which draws from all forms.
For the past 12 years I’ve worked as an Exercise Rehabilitation Instructor helping injured people get back to normal activities post injuries or traumas. I’ve worked alongside some fantastic Physiotherapists to extend my skills in rehabilitation in which I have relayed many of them into my Yoga practice and teaching.
I’ve lived in Cornwall for the past 12 years with my Husband Sandy, 2 boys William and Edward and my babygirl Ruby the chocolate Labrador and we all embrace the Cornish outdoor way of life."

This is how Yoga works, how it makes you feel good. It helps you experience the truth, your truth which you discover, is goodness."
