Is Funkey Fitness for all fitness levels ?

Yes. Since there are no machines, which limit variations, our trainers are there to motivate and encourage you. We cater for any fitness level, we are passionate in helping individuals with weight loss and can ramp it up for triathletes and sports teams.

What's included?

Funkey Fitness Offers a 3 tier support package available in our group sessions or on a 1-1 personal level. Give us 3 weeks of your time to get you into a new habit. Then 90 days to change your physique and then weekly maintenance to change your life.... set new challenges and new goals.

Our mission is to aid every person who chooses Funkey Fitness to achieve the goal they set for themselves. The timescale is not our focus, the goal is! We celebrate every stepping stone win, often building self esteem for our clients which has a positive effect on every aspect of their lives, starting with their health.
