I created Conversations With Impact because I felt strongly about therapy and coaching needing to make the right impact and a real difference to people’s lives. My approach is tailored to the individual; I do not set a number of sessions in advance. Conversations can have impact in one session, some people may need several sessions. My aim is to not lengthen the process, always ensuring people stop when they are ready.

Therapy & Counselling – transforming emotions and developing life strategies to overcome obstacles, challenges and unwanted behaviours. This includes helping people with depression, stress and anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorders, mild-moderate eating disorders and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I also help people to deal with low self-esteem, change, loss, trauma, addiction, phobias and anger issues.

Life Coaching – allowing you the time and space to set goals and to develop skills, ideas and knowledge to enable you to become more creative, resourceful, inspired and motivated. I can coach people on their health and wellbeing, lifestyle, relationships, confidence levels, and how to manage change and upheaval.

Mild to moderate food problems – overeating, binge eating and comfort eating; helping you to create positive habits for the long term.
