What is FumpFit?
FumpFit is a boxing and circuit based class which involves the muscles of the core, upper body, shoulders, and lower body It is also a great cardio and strength workout. Exercises involved in a FumpFit class may include crunches, shuttle runs, sit ups, which all have punching moves, in order to get you moving like a real boxer.
What will a FumpFit class do for me?
FumpFit will give you a full body workout, increasing your muscle and cardio endurance making you fitter and stronger through every punch.
How long will a FumpFit class last?
FumpFit classes are 60 minutes.
How often should I attend FumpFit and what should I wear?
Attend FumpFit at least once a week, combining it with another class as well as your gym time. We recommend you to wear comfortable gym clothes which are easy to move in such as shorts, jogging bottoms, and a good pair of trainers to aid stability which are appropriate for an indoor fitness centre.
