General information
Group classes
I am starting group mat classes in and around Fulham, Hammersmith, Chelsea, Barnes and Putney shortly.
These group classes will have the maximum of 12 people attending. This means I can focus on quality rather than quantity. I recommend booking a block of 6 classes to get the most out of these sessions and to progress at a faster rate. You are welcome to bring your own mat, or I can provide one (just let me know in advance). If you are interested, please contact me for details of timings and locations.
Private classes
I can cater to individuals, pairs or small groups in the comfortable of your own home, if convenient. Private sessions are ideal if you would like a class completely tailored to your body and time schedule. It provides an opportunity to deepen your understanding of Pilates, achieve specific goals at a faster pace or assist with injury rehabilitation. Please contact me if you are interested.
Workplace classes
I can also offer mat classes at your place of work for groups of up to 12 if you have space. Please contact me for prices and availability.
