General information

Ashplant fitness was set up in 2006 by Gareth Ashplant Bsc. Gareth began working in the fitness industry after completing a Sports Science degree at University. He began by training clients at a well know gym chain in Birmingham. However soon realised that the gym environment was not for everybody and wanted to reach a wider audience. So Gareth then set up a mobile personal training business, travelling around the West Midlands bringing the gym to the client. Ashplant Fitness has brought about many business opportunities for Gareth, including filming for exercise websites, talks with weight loss groups, corporate exercise classes, magazine articles and training the odd celebrity!
