General information

I’m Ray Howlett and my company started in 2010 after I moved on from the organisation that I’ve worked at for the last 7 years. I’ve always worked for large organisations throughout my career with lots of health and safety resources, which in turn meant that health & safety compliance was never an issue. I was however, particularly concerned about the lack of good health & safety advice for small to medium sized companies due to these companies not having dedicated health and safety resource and also these were the companies that were having accidents which in the majority of cases could have been preventable given sound advice. I have a strong passion for what I do and just being able to steer an employer in the right direction or assisting employees to better understand how different hazards can affect their health is very satisfying.

In my spare time I enjoy catching up on the latest techniques in lightroom and Photoshop as I am a keen photographer. I also enjoy going to the gym when time permits or throwing the odd bits and pieces in the kitchen cupboard together to create a meal.
