General information

Committing to yourself and the changes you want / need to make in your life can feel scary. It feels much safer to just stay where you are, doing what you do, and being who you are. But you never know what awaits you on the other side of your resistance.

Resistance to change is a huge issue in life. We resist our emotions, we resist open communication with our loved ones, we resist committing to ourselves to making the changes we need to make in our lives, we resist digging deeper into our fears & beliefs, we resist, resist, resist...

When you feel resistant to something, this is a sure sign for us to dig deeper and despite feeling the resistance, show up!

This could be resistance in your significant relationship, which might be blocking intimacy…

Resistance in your emotional state, anxiety.. overwhelm… anything that blocks your emotions and wellbeing.

Or it could be resistance in your business, as entrepreneurs this massively blocking you from success… I’ve been there, done that, got the t-shirt!

Firstly, it’s ok to not be ok.

Secondly, you have been drawn to working with me for a reason. And the resistance is just fear, cleverly disguised.

Thirdly, it’s ok to not feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings and emotions with a virtual stranger, but I promise, I am nice. And I am also trained to make you my priority and to make you feel comfortable.

And finally, it’s ok to be afraid of what might come up.

All of this is ok.
