Hi and thank you for visiting my page!

I want to tell you a little bit about myself, I’m a mummy of three young children and I’m a passionate believer in not only taking care of your mind and body throughout the different stages of your life but also in the power of touch. We are becoming much more aware of how taking care of ourselves impacts on not only our bodies but also one's mental health.

I qualified in massage and sports massage back in 2007/8 with the aim of starting up a holistic practice further on down the line. Well in that time I’ve gotten married and have been having beautiful babies! Life has become a little less frantic and I’ve managed to find some time to dedicate to myself, hurrah! So I’ve qualified as a Reflexologist and as a KG Hypnobirthing teacher!
Sweet Pea Holistics is for women through every stage of life, I aim to deliver through the treatments I offer a sense of balance, calm, relaxation, positivity and support. I’m continually training to update my skills and knowledge in order to offer my clients the best possible care.
