Homeopathy
Homeopathy uses natural medicines, known as remedies, to rebalance the body’s natural energy by stimulating it into healing action. It is gentle, has no side effects and is safe for all ages from newborn to the elderly.

I am a BSc qualified homeopath and hold a licentiate with the Centre for Homeopathic Education. I am also registered with the Society of Homeopaths.

Your first consultation will take around one and a half hours as I need to take many details from you and get to know you. Follow up consultations will take around 45 minutes to an hour. Consultations are charged at £45 and this will usually include the cost of your remedies. Appointments are generally three to four weeks apart.

Consultations are available in my consulting room at home on Hayling Island, at my clinic in Chichester on Fridays or by Skype.

Reiki
Reiki stimulates the immune system and encourages the body to restore balance and harmony. Reiki is non-invasive and only works for your highest good, releasing physical and emotional imbalances.

During a Reiki healing session, the client remains fully clothed and may lie or sit while various hand positions are used, either away from the body or with a very light touch. A full session is usually done on a treatment table and includes hand positions around the head, the front of the body and the back of the body. During the treatment the client may feel warmth or coolness, tingling or just a lovely feeling of serenity as any blockages are allowed to clear. You may even nod off!

This treatment is a great way to incorporate relaxation and stress management into your life and a full session can cause re-energising Reiki to flow through the recipient's body for several days afterwards.

Hour long sessions at my home on Hayling Island or from my Friday clinic in Chichester are charged at £30. Taster sessions can be offered for coffee mornings, pamper parties or indulgence events. A taster session of 20 minutes is charged at £10. For a very special experience you can have a Reiki treatment onboard a motor yacht in Emsworth Marine. The cost for this is £40.

Other holistic treatments available in my therapy room in Mengham, Hayling and from Chichester on Fridays are Natural Facelift Massage and Indian Head Massage.
