I offer lender approved independent damp and timber surveys covering Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Sussex and the Isle of Wight.
Being independent means that the survey I undertake is there to give you an accurate diagnosis of the problem, and a suitable approach to the solution, rather than trying to sell you a treatment or scheme of works. This means that the works are nearly always cheaper than going direct to a treatment company, and usually they are no longer require specialist tradesmen as its often lowering ground levels or repairing gutters that is the route cause of the problem.
Once you have my report you can get quotes based on a fixed set of works rather than asking different companies to come, who will each have a different diagnosis.
I am accredited by the Property Care Association who are the trade body for damp and timber related works and am able to turn the report around quickly.
