Clare is an integrative therapist. This means she uses different "modalities" of counselling depending on the client's needs. This approach offers outstanding results for the long term benefit of her clients.

Clare specialises in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for the treatment of; depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship problems, low self-esteem, stress, bereavement and all issues causing emotional disharmony and chaotic thoughts.

You will learn to test the meaning and usefulness of different thoughts you have during the day and change the thinking patterns that keep you locked into dysfunctional moods, behaviours or relationship interactions that are not serving you. Clare established Light Up Your Life Therapy to enable people, from all walks of life and all types of backgrounds, in Glasgow and Lanarkshire, to enhance their lives by understanding their emotions through awareness of their thoughts and behavioural patterns.
