As a qualified Hypnotherapist, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, I am here to coach and guide you to achieve a specific goal or create success in your life.

I work with a variety of issues including deep routed psychological problems, depression, anxiety, stress, illnesses, addictions, post-traumatic stress disorder, childhood traumas, phobias, weight loss, hypno-birthing, relationship problems, stopping smoking, public speaking and confidence.

I have over 13 years of experience in working with clients with addictions and mental health problems. I have a degree in Psychology, hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, I am EFT certified at Level 2 and have a Diploma in NLP. I am a the registered hypnotherapist under the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and a member of Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques (AAMET). I have regular Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in accordance with the requirements of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and AAMET.
