Nanbudo Karate Club Bushido

General information

Nanbudo Karate is a martial art teaching the traditional Japanese ways of combat. Learn self defence techniques while improving your health, increasing confidence and fitness levels in the process. The possibilities are endless.

If you or anyone you know is interested in learning a martial art come along and have a look or simply have a go. First class is free, and all ages and levels of fitness are welcome. All you need is shorts and a T-shirt to start training.

Bushido Nanbudo Club trains in Wishaw sport centre every Tuesday from 7.00pm - 8:00pm for juniors & 7.00pm - 10:00pm for seniors, Thursday 8.00pm - 9:00pm for juniors & 8.00pm - 10:00pm for seniors.
