Little Hands Nursery, Epsom Common

General information

Little Hands Nursery was established on 19th April 1997. It has been running for the past 19 years. We have two nurseries. One in Epsom Common and the other is on Nimbus Road.

Our Epsom Common branch is located in a conservation area behind the church in the church hall and we value our surroundings on a daily basis by going for walks in the common and using our own outside area as Woodland Adventures. We offer Forest school sessions on Wednesday and Friday mornings. Children learn respect for the environment and appreciate their trees and forests their wildlife and the importance to our lives and the future of the world. We provide exciting experiences which will inspire learning. Children learn their role in caring for the environment particularly in relation to climate change and sustainability. There is a free council car park.

Our Nimbus Road branch is a lovely nursery which is located in the former surgery where it is totally residential and extremely quiet. We have a good size outdoor area which we have fenced and gated which children access daily and is used for free flow activities throughout the whole day. We will be conducting learning outside the classroom activities as we have our own small green patch. Here children learn to respect the environment and appreciate the importance of it to our lives and the future of the world. We will provide exciting experiences which will inspire learning. Children learn their role in caring for the environment particularly in relation to climate change and sustainability. There is space to park on the street for many cars. We also have our own staff drive for 3 cars that can be used for emergencies.
