I love chocolate, and I didn't want to give it up even though I live a really healthy lifestyle. So I started to adapt recipes to make them healthier by using coconut sugar instead of refined sugar, as well as 100% organic cacao powder, which contains potassium, iron, zinc, copper and other antioxidants.
The coconut oil and coconut butter contains essential fatty acids and help to prevent heart disease and high blood pressure. They also help to boost your immune system and memory and brain function as well as improve endurance and energy.
I make these chocolates bespoke to you in small or large batches, always using locally sourced organic and fair trade whenever possible.
My business is growing from a combined passion for chocolate and healthy living, because "A day without health is a day without happiness" - but treats should be a part of that too!
