Our experience
We have extensive experience in change management and business improvement across private and public sector over several decades. Educated to postgraduate level in Business Improvement, with a Fellowship of the Chartered Quality Institute for 15 years, our director, Maureen Whyman has a strong combination of academic and practical knowledge to support you.

Our ethos
We believe change starts with hearts and minds. We focus our support on people. Leaders, operational and improvement teams to be exact. We coach, upskill and inspire you to own your problems and solutions. We have a whole range of leadership coaching, personal development, team building events and workshops to support you through such change.

Our approach
During these sessions we encourage you to ‘forget your boxes’, be innovative, interact and prepare to be stretched and challenged.
On our website, 'Our Services' follows the sequence we would typically advocate for introducing people to change and improvement. However we are highly flexible and responsive, we don’t use standard schedules or presentations. We won't do it for you, and we won't do it to you. We will partner and guide you through change.

Our Services
