Ceilidh Club

General information

We hold regular Ceilidhs in London.

Experience a piece of Scotland in London. The ceilidh Club started in 1998 with some friends and family and it has now grown into something bigger. A live band and caller will lead you through the steps, so no experience is necessary. The atmosphere is very friendly and laid back (in a manic sort of way).

You can buy tickets in advance or on the door. The nights often sell out, so advance purchase is advised, particularly if you coming in a big group / it's a special occasion or you plan to arrive later on.

Dancing is from 8-11 with a short break half way through. There is a bar, cloakroom and a scrummy cafe serving light meals. There are normally between 200-250 people dancing their socks off.

There is no dress code, but wear something comfy for dancing in as you are going to get very warm. Tartan is appreciated and you look good in it as well.

The night finishes with Auld Lang Syne.
