We offer the following different types of INSURANCE:

• LIFE /SERIOUS ILLNESS/ CRITICAL ILLNESS - A lump sum payment to cover up to 160 Serious illnesses.

• BUSINESS INCOME PROTECTION - To allow a self employed person to continue trading in the event of short or long term illness or as a result of an accident. It is known as Executive BIP and in most cases the benefit will allow you to pay for a replacement worker and your living expenses, subject to certain conditions. Furthermore it can be offset as a business expense.

• PERSONAL INCOME REPLACEMENT - This is one of the most important types of insurance, especially now that new government reforms have come into force in October 2008,resulting in a lowering of state benefits so that the public are more self dependent and not rely so much on the welfare state. It provides a TAX FREE income for the length of your mortgage (though having a mortgage is not compulsory), or, until you retire. If you have an employer’s scheme the benefit would continue after that terminates.

• WHOLE OF LIFE - Cover continues for remainder of your life after your mortgage cover terminates.

• FAMILY INCOME BENEFIT - A monthly life insurance benefit to complement your mortgage protection whilst you have a dependent family.
