Watercress Lodges & Campsite is located alongside the Mid Hants Steam Railway at Ropley station. The idyllic farmland setting is just over three miles from the Georgian market town of Alresford.
We offer something for everyone from traditional camping, safari and tipi tents and for the next level of comfort and glamour whilst the lodges are well equipped for individual or group stays.
For the benefit of the campsite there is a recently constructed shower and only half a mile away is The Ropley public house offering food sourced from local suppliers.
The location is perfect for a family stay with events such as in Thomas the Tank Engine Week taking place (as well as for enthusiasts to feel the steam!). It is also as a great base from which to visit Hampshire's many attractions.
