David Gilbert has been treating people in the Guildford area for 26 years. He has successfully helped people with a wide variety of conditions, and belongs to the British Register of Complementary Practitioners.
David qualified in acupuncture, counselling and shiatsu 25 years ago, then continued his training in cranio-sacral therapy, regression work, and somato-emotional release. He has taught shiatsu and cranio-sacral therapy.
David has been practicing zen meditation for 30 years, and practising Shintaido, a Japanese spiritual movement system for 30 years, and teaching Shintaido for 25 years.
He now teaches Body Connect classes in Guildford, which through movement help people to reconnect with themselves, other people, and nature.
