General information

A warm welcome awaits you at our family farm in the New Forest village of Minstead. Minstead is a picturesque village with traditional shop/tea rooms and pub. It has much to offer surrounded by miles of open forest, the perfect location for walking, cycling, horse riding, carriage driving and bird watching. The cottages have direct access onto open forest and are within walking distance of Minstead village and five minutes' drive to the popular town of Lyndhurst.

The beautifully maintained, 2 bedroom ground floor holiday cottages, were completed in 2010. With a modern design they offer an open plan lounge/dining area with a wood burner for an open fire. Fully equipped kitchen with facilities including electric oven with hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave oven. The lounge area features a wood burner and wall mounted TV/DVD/CD.

Under-floor heating is provided throughout the cottages with heated towel rail in the bathrooms. The bathrooms are fitted with bath/shower, toilet and hand-basin. The master bedrooms have a standard double bed, two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers or dressing table and fitted wardrobe and mirror. The second bedrooms have two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobe and mirror. Bedrooms have doors leading to the communal garden area overlooking the horse paddocks.

The cottages come fully equipped with ironing board, iron, mop, brush, broom and dustpan and brush.
