Entertainment is a serious business here with TVs in the most of the bedrooms where you can choose from Netflix or Sky Movies or Sport via LED smart TVs. You can also stay connected with WiFi internet access available throughout the entire whole house with it’s own secure satellite link of 20mb.

There is also a games room dedicated to fun times with its full size pool table and table tennis table, dart board, along with a Playstation 3 and a choice of games. For relaxation and more family fun there is a fantastic leisure area complete with indoor heated swimming pool along with a steam room and Jacuzzi spa with a fabulous in-built TV.

The accommodation is spacious and ideally suited for large groups with two sitting rooms, one to seat 12 with a warming woodburner and a second seating up to 5, a dining room for 14, a kitchen with breakfast area along with 8 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms in total, 3 of which are en-suite.
There is also a conservatory for soaking up the sun and when it comes to outdoor space there is a lovely enclosed garden complete with electric sun awnings and patio heaters so you can make the most of those summer evenings. There is also a trampoline which is bound to be a hit with the children.
