Hi, thank you for visiting my page. I'm Carol Watson and I'm the owner of SME Office Support.

I specialise in MS Office applications (an Excel geek and proud!) I save my clients time by automating business processes using Excel and by delivering bespoke MS Office training.

After working in a variety of industries using technology in some very interesting and challenging support roles for 20 years it was a natural progression for me to move into the training industry.

Over the years I’ve developed a passion and drive to develop solutions for businesses to increase productivity, automate office processes and maximise their MS Office investment.

I’m now doing exactly what I love to do - learning new things, solving problems, finding solutions and supporting and training people. I revel in the diversity of my days, working from home where I can peer over my glasses to appreciate the sun shining onto my garden.
