Body Fix Transformation Centre York, is based at Cliftongate Business Park 5 minutes from Clifton Moor Shopping Park on the North West side of York.We are located directly opposite Creepy Crawlies Childrens Play Centre.

We have a fully equipped 1000 square foot functional training studio along with a 400 square foot designated personal training floor. Our friendly, approachable and experienced team ensure you stay motivated and meet your targets and goals whether thats to gain weight, loose weight, improve strength/flexibility/confidence or just to try out new ways of training.

We deliver sessions under the highly regarded BodyFix brand designed by fitness entrepreneur Mark Tipping. Group Personal Training, TurboBox and BodyFix Bootcamps are all delivered using Mark's tried and tested formula here at Body Fix Transformation Centre York.

BODYFIX Bootcamp - 3 x 45 min sessions per week with multiple time slots available (06:15-07:00, 09:30-10:15, 12:30-13:15, 17:30-18:15 & 19:30-20:15) highly motivational, progressional block of workouts. Pricing includes 12 sessions over 4 weeks, nutritional guidance and plan, recipe books and meal ideas, email support and guaranteed drop a clothes size in 28 days.

TURBOFIT- Intermediate/Advanced strength & conditioning program utilising advanced training techniques incorporating kettle bells, rowers, olympic lifting, running, suspension training built into a group based format. Ideal for people progressing up from Bootcamp or clients wanting something extra from the training.£6 per session PAYG

TURBOBOX - Beginners boxing based fitness class, utilising boxing based work and exercises for fitness, toning, conditioning and strength in a fun, lively session. £6 PER CLASS

CENTURIONS - circuit based training by Ian Walbridge the highly sought after York Personal Trainer who also delivers sessions at Legions Gym, sessions available at £5 per session, pre booking necessary.

OPEN SESSIONS - the studio offers open sessions when there are no scheduled classes with a different workout of the day written by one of our trainers, who will be on hand to help with movements and techniques.

PERSONAL TRAINING - 1:1/4:1 sessions to meet individual targets and goals, a number of trainers available with different specialisms to meet your requirements. Costs vary dependant on number of clients, time of day and which trainer you choose!
