Power for Health is a natural health and well being consultancy based in Warwickshire, England. Experts in our field we can provide you with the necessary tools to assist and support you in your quest for optimum health for body and mind. Working with people on a one to one basis, in small groups or on a corporate level, there really is something just right for your needs.

Elizabeth Beetham founder of Power for Health started the consultancy in 2003. It was her passion for fresh food, a healthy diet, regular exercise and a passion for life that fueled her decision to return to education to obtain a degree in Holistic Nutrition BSc. This along with her experience working in the health and fitness industry and her time as a director in the corporate world all lead her to the decision to launch Power for Health.

During her time as a consultant, Elizabeth has been lucky enough to train alongside some leading names within the world of well being including lifestyle gurus Louise Hay and Anthony Robbins. Working as a consulting nutritionist for a Harley Street Clinic in London has also ensured a depth of knowledge and understanding of the importance of nutrition for good health and wellness.

Elizabeth has also been a Natural Health Journalist for over ten years writing regular columns and articles for both local and national publications, Warwickshire Life for example. She is a published author contributing to two “Believe” books. She has also written a children’s book with a nutritional theme which will be published shortly and has started on her new book on Health and Wellness. In addition to printed media she is often invited to speak at seminars, conferences and fundraising events. The Vineyard at Stockcross, Warwick Hospital, Retailer LK Bennett and the Hilton Hotel Warwick are just a few venues where Elizabeth has been a key speaker. Power for Health are frequently invited onto BBC Coventry & Warwickshire Radio to comment on topical stories and provide advice and guidance. Elizabeth has also completed a series of recordings on health for Radio Abbey.
