The vision is to have an online marketplace where Nigerian fashion labels could be sold to customers outside Nigeria. The first stage of the process is to be trialled in the United Kingdom due to the company’s established presence in the UK and the ease of micro-managing the business. Following the trial, the marketplace is to be rolled out worldwide.
Zere’s creation will quickly saturate a gap in the market that is yet to be filled. Customer surveys carried out show the demand for Nigerian fashion brands in the United Kingdom alone is exceedingly high with no company taking the helm in meeting this demand. It is aimed that Zere will fulfil this role, firstly in the UK and subsequently further ashore.
Zere was created by a young couple, Peter Oladimeji and Tosin Obalade who share a common passion for fashion and business.
